The International Contest of abstracts on insurance and The Insurance knowledge competition

The Contest of abstracts is held since 2002. During these years over 800 papers written by students from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus participated in the Contest. The Contest of abstracts on insurance is an unique opportunity for students of economic specialties to take the first steps towards their career in the insurance industry.
The Insurance knowledge competition is held since 2006 and serves as a preparation stage for the the Contest of abstracts. It's main task is to spread knowledge about insurance and increase the financial and legal culture of young people. This competition has a form of online test on insurance topics with the limited time. The winners are selected by the maximum number of points scored in the contest. Over the years The Insurance Knowledge competition was attended by more than 2,500 students.
The International Contests on insurance are organized by the All-Russian Insurance Association, the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine, the German Insurance Union and the Belarusian Association of Insurers in order to increase the level of knowledge about insurance among youth.
Deadlines:
November 15, 2011 - May 15, 2012.
According to the decision of the Organizing Committee two nominations "Abstract" and "Essay" will remain in 2011-2012.
The topic of the Contest of abstracts of 2011-2012:
"The global trends and national peculiarities of the insurance markets of the CIS countries."
The topics of the Insurance knowledge competition:
- Vehicle insurance in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus;
- Road Safety;
- Insurance laws in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus;
- International Insurance System "the Green card";
- Various types of insurance and reinsurance.
The prize fund of the Contests is formed by sponsorship contributions of insurance unions and insurance companies.
